Refund policy
All SALES ARE FINAL.
On all meat items, once the items leave our freezer facility, no returns are accepted due to USDA regulation on accepting meat returns of unknown temperature conditions while in customer's possession.
Therefore, we urge all customers to open up each box to confirm and, upon signing the receipt, the customer acknowledges that the condition and quality of meat upon receipt was satisfactory.
At the time of receipt, if condition or quality is unsatisfactory, we will replace products if available, or otherwise refund the cost of unsatisfactory item.
